Usually a small leak somewhere in the system, or a recent bleed of the radiators. If it drops below 1 bar repeatedly, it's worth having an engineer check rather than just re-pressurising it each time.
Repeated blockages in the same spot usually point to a partial obstruction or a pipe fault further down the line, not just what's gone down the sink that week.
Cold at the top usually means trapped air — bleed it. Cold at the bottom is more often sludge build-up, which needs a power-flush rather than a bleed key.
